TLA-Ramstein grew out of 25 years of hands-on work with U.S. service members in the KMC. We combine mission-ready housing with clear, fast support so your PCS or TDY starts smooth.
Who We Are
As a former NATO Air Force member, I know the pressure of moving on orders. We built our process around what families actually need: safety, clarity, and speed. From first message to check-in, you get direct English support and the paperwork you need for command and reimbursement.
Starting with Frank Neumann and his wife Anne, who founded Immobilien4you together in 2001, and later KMC-TLA, we’ve hosted hundreds of inbound Airmen, Soldiers, DoD civilians and contractors. Today, we focus on PCS/TDY apartments near Ramstein AB — with a free rental car to keep you moving from day one.
